Hudson River Skywalk Festival

10 AM–4 PM: At the waterfront park on the West side of the Rip Van Winkle Bridge create your own painting with festival favorite, Stasia Fernandez, discover and shop local artists and vendors, and enjoy live music. Stop by to say hi to Fine Arts students and faculty from Columbia-Greene Community College and check out their work and some live painting and drawing.
Dawn to Dusk: Visit the gardens, grounds and outdoor Forecourt at the Thomas Cole National Historic Site with views of the Catskill Mountains—a perfect spot to make art! Join the 2025 Cole Fellows Megan and Frances for free art making in the Storehouse building from 2–4 PM, all supplies included. Purchase tickets or become a member to visit the special exhibitions Native Prospects: Indigeneity and Landscape and Alan Michelson: Prophetstown from 10 AM–5 PM at thomascole.org.
1–5 PM: Drop in to the Wagon House Education Center at Olana State Historic Site for a FREE "Artmaking in the Afternoon". All materials provided. All ages welcome. Tours of the Historic Landscape and House and the current exhibition Afterglow: Frederic Church and the Landscape of Memory are available from 10:00 AM–3:30 PM and can be purchased at OLANA.org.
